16/02/2016: Working with our support group in making an action plan for Term 1, 2016 after Syndicate Meeting..  Discussed Planning, blogging and other PD opportunities.  Sharing ideas and focus for future meetings. Valuable sharing experience that was beneficial to all concerned. 



29/02/2016: Planning Template for 2016 Teacher Inquiry. Staff Meeting focus on Teacher Inquiries and planning for improving teaching focus and lifting student achievement. 
Worked with these lovely staff members to share ideas and what they are doing and to offer advice in order to improve our inquiries overall. Some good movement. Continued discussion required and learning as we develop plans. Good session.
